Anshika Verma IPS Early Life and Education
Anshika Verma was born on 3 January 1996 in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. Her father, Anil Verma, is a retired government employee.
She studied at Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology in Greater Noida and completed her B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering in 2018. After college, she chose to prepare for the civil services rather than pursue an engineering job.

In December 2023, she joined Gorakhpur as ASP and handled the Cantonment circle. She investigated a fake judicial stamp paper case and said she had handled 45 cases in ten months.
In September 2024, she moved to Bareilly as Additional SP (South), in charge. She took regular charge on 19 March 2025 after moving to the senior scale.

Anshika Verma’s husband is Krishna Kumar Bishnoi, popularly known as KK Bishnoi, a 2018-batch IPS officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre.
